We had no issues with the service man, Our issue is with Sears itself. Starters there is always a language barrier with customer service, and the biggest issue is my wife took off work 10/09 /24 for our 8am to 5pm appointment, 4pm rolls around and our appointment got rescheduled to 10/11/24. Thanks for wasting my wife's day off. We will not ever use your service again, we will also not recommend your services to anyone.
