The entire experience was great.The site alerted us almost daily of the upcoming visit and gave us a chance to reschedule if needed. They alerted us the night before the visit and gave us a time estimate the morning of the visit.Shareef called when he was 20 minutes out and arrived on time.He was professional and courteous and very quickly recognized and corrected the problem with my dryer.Very pleased with the Sears experience and with Shareef…a fine young man and very efficient!
