Here comes technician Robert...energetic - ready to get it (repair job) done, listened long enough to hear my "beefs" about previous services. Gets to work...takes out bad parts (refrigerator freezer) - replaces with new parts - reassembles back to operate. All in less than TEN minutes. Job well done.
