Knowledgeable and friendly
Bruce was outstanding! He had a lot of insight, expertise and understanding about the problems with my refrigerator. He discussed components, pros and cons to parts and appliances and provided overall excellent service.

Mike is a very knowledgeable technician. He is polite, kind, efficient and actually showed up for all scheduled appointments, unlike the first technician I was assigned. The first technician pulled halfway into my drive, snapped photo of my house and left. I watched him do it.

Jason was helpful, he seemed like a knowledgeable tech who was able to provide a solution to the dishwasher error that was occurring. Unrelated to his service, I do want to call out the scheduling service is terrible. My appointment was rescheduled 3x. But all 3 were the day of the appointment and later into the day, if this company is going to have a 8a-5p expected arrival for a tech to cancel the day of. They need to reconsider this approach thankfully I have flexibility but what about someone who needs to take off work to wait!! Only to be canceled same day after waiting HOURS. That is absurd and this company needs to do better!
