Sear Home Service, was on time, and I didn't have to ask service provider to cover his shoes. He ask me to describe the problem with my dishwasher. I showed him the issue I was having and he resolved the problem in 30 minutes. Very professional . I will recommend this company..

Greg's service was fabulous. His diagnostic was quick and so was repair. The delivery/ communication of the part was terrible. And your AI lady wasn't able to help. There really should be some avenue to talk to a person. Also I'd like a itemized receipt for parts and services done. Over all as long as my fridge works after the 24 cool down, I'll be happy.

Steve did a great job diagnoses and installing the parts and fixing the issues. The 1st appoinment was frustrating and confusing and took awhile to get straightened out. When your company finally got this mix up on who was assigned to our repair since 2 men showed up. It took another week to get parts and to have them installed. The whole process was really to long to be without washer. From beginning to end result. I have only had this GE washer for 1 year and half. And not pleased with it and isuues that have occured. My other LG washer was 17 years old and still ran great.

Thank you Daniel for placing the temporary dryer drum belt rendering a usable dryer by the end of the appointment. The washer continued to spin clothes on the bulk setting. So I did not have to wait another week for parts and the second appointment with unusable appliances. Thank you 👍🏾🎉😁😁😁
