Rachid arrived promptly and asked to know the problem that needed fixing. Ice Maker was causing an ice build-up and malfunction. He inspected the unit, cleared the accumulation, and verified that he had a replacement on hand. He removed the unit and replaced it with a new one at no additional charge. Problem solved, and happy Customer!

He did have to come to fix our washer several times. He advised us of what was happening to the washer, ordered parts, dealt with getting authorization, installed, tested and worked diligently. Bravo to a get guy. Bravo to Sears for a great representative of their service.
