Darrell was very professional. Went right to work and worked until he finished. Great experience! The only thing I would recommend, and it has nothing to do with him, is for it to be a 4 hour window when you can expect the repairman instead of 9. It would keep people that work from having to lose a whole day of work.

My dishwasher wouldn't work I checked the usual stuff like circuit breaker. Since we had strong electrical storms lately I thought it may have been a power surge. Fortunately it was a simple fix ( loose electrical cord) that wasn't where I expected. Tech was very polite, professional and friendly.
