Mark was on time and polite. He really listened to my explanation of the problem with my refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the problem. He solved the problem but told me I may to replace some parts at some time. He gave me pricing & installation costs & told me how to contact Sears to do that. I liked that he didn't pressure to me one way or the other; very professional.

I described the problem with our new dryer. The technician (Ralph) knew right away that the blower motor had not been installed correctly at the factory. Within a short period of time, he disassemble the dryer and attach the blower motor correctly. I would highly recommend Ralph with Sears Home Services.
