Our tech texted when he was on his way and arrived within his time span. He immediately asked for my reason for calling. Once he heard my problem he set out to determine why I wasn't able to turn it on. After testing with his equipment determined my control panel was not operating. Repairman tried to reboot it to no avail.He gave me the cost to order a new board to install which was very pricey for spending on my 6 year old dishwasher. I decided to go shopping for a new one instead. He said he understood and put everything back in place before leaving. Very polite and clean cut.

Enrique went above and beyond, not only fixing everything on my fridge but checking with me hours later. My fridge, once repaired, kept tripping the breaker. Enrique reached out hours after my appointment to make sure the fridge was still running and no more issues with the breaker. I wish everyone provided his level of service. He's the example of "customer service."

We were so glad to see someone come out . We were out without a washer for 2 months fooling around with Sears home service not pleased at all with the service contract that we were talked into getting thinking about canceling it and getting somebody else's the gentleman that came out and fixed the washer this time was very polite and very helpful in getting our washer back in service but there are other companies besides Sears that offerings contracts with much more reliable service
