Excellent service and repair technician.
Marcus is an asset to the Sears repair program. I have never met a more pleasant and informative technician. Marcus helped me understand a better way to load clothes in the washer. He also explained how to choose water levels that will maximize the scrubbing effect on dirty clothes. Thanks Marcus

Brian texted and called ahead of time to inform me of his eta. He arrived on time and got right to work trying to identify the issue with my fridge. It didn't take him long to pin down the problem. He did a great job of explaining the situation and what I could do going forward to prevent any reoccurrence. Brian was very friendly and a consummate professional. I'd definitely recommend Sears home services to anyone.
