Best Customer Service We've had in a long time. Michael was polite, professional and most important very knowledgeable. We spoke on the phone I explained what the problem was and he immediately told me what the problem was. When he came to fix the washer, he verified again what the problem, my husband talked with him this time and in a short amount of time he had the washer working again. Also I'd like to point out he didn't just show up, work on the machine, say it was all good and leave . He took his time to verify, confirm, explain what the problem was, then he fixed the problem and took them time once again to explain to both me and my husband what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Honestly THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We hope if we have a problem in the future, (seriously hope we don't.... don't like being with out a washer or dryer) any way we hope Michael is our Service Technician.

I'm very upset that my 4 year old washer needs an 800.00 repair!!! Grr GE front load!! But the service tech was really professional and courteous. He understands that this is upsetting. He was efficient and kind even though he knew this was upsetting to me. Charles gets 5 stars. My washer gets negative stars!!!
