James was great! He looked at all my appliances and was very knowledgeable of the appliances. If he did not know about something he knew how to look it up and figure it out! He is the kind of service man I would want to come and service my appliances.

Tom was nice, informative and seemed to know his business. Diagnosed low Freon and took care of that issue. Possible slow leak in condenser coils, but he said to wait to see how the Freon does. May need to follow up.

Jim arrived promptly at 8 AM, and was very courteous and polite. He took the dryer apart to see what was wrong and found that the blower wheel was covered in waste matter, He removed that and made sure the wheel was working correctly then he reassembled the dryer. I asked him if my dryer door was interchangeable and would it be able to be turned to open the other direction and he said yes. So, he turned the door over and fixed that as well. What a blessing for me. Anyway his work ethic is definitely a 5 stars. Thank you for sending such a great technician.
