John the tech was great! Very nice and got the job done. But the customer service sucks bad!! Canceled and rescheduled 4 times. And you should be able to talk to a person. Sorry but probably won't recommend to any of my friends or family. 🤷

The service provider specifically by Brian was good as for the ability to repair the dryer in an acceptable time of minutes while here on the property. As for the logistics of the problem we have been dealing with since we bought this dryer, GE, in March is another story and would get not even star. But Brian "repairing" THIS dryer we will give him a 5.
