Turns out, our refrigerator was in self defrost mode. How was I to know that the self defrost mode sounded like a vibrating-robot, that ate bad seafood, and got horrible indigestion.? Anyway, Benjamin was prompt, polite, and very professionalā¦ thumbs up!

Tara R kept in touch with me at regular intervals so that I would know when to expect him so there was no guess work. Upon arrival he efficiently evaluated the situation and organized the parts that needed to be replaced. The refrigerator needed be moved away from the wall and he singled handedly did this. Once things were accessible he identified the water source and replaced the parts needed to get the water flowing back into the filter and ice maker. It was very dirty behind the fridge and without hesitation he got everything clean before the fridge was pushed back into place. All and all I would say that Tara R is the type of technician everyone hopes for. Polite, efficient, professional and personable all rolled into one. Thank you Tara R
