Your policies are awful. Why would you require a part be replaced that is not defective. The fix would have been reasonable and only required a screw not the replacement of a part that was not the issue.

Martin was very easy to talk with and very professional. He said he wasn't given any history regarding previous repairs so he listened to what records I have and also my concerns. He looked at my paperwork regarding contract. You should consider Martin a very valuable employee and good representative of Sears Home Services.

Repair wouldn't have happened today if it wasn't for Robert. He really went above and beyond helping me through a scheduling error. Without his assistance, I would still be without a working fridge. He was on time, courteous, and very professional as he worked in the afternoon heat. If ever I need additional repair, I would ask for Robert. I would give him more stars if possible. Thank you Robert!
