Alex was professional, helpful and polite. I'm always concerned about the electricity that is left in an appliance after unplugging it. The wire sticking out in my dryer drum was actually a hair tie (cue laughter!) He was kind and discerning while I was feeling foolish. He explained and showed aspects of the dryer in easy to understand words. His demeanor was calming. I would contact Sears again for any future repairs based on my experience with Alex. I'm glad I didn't go out and buy a new dryer.
