Very happy with the technician (Jose) who came out to fix my dryer. He found the problem, ordered the parts needed and came back within a week and fix it right away. I'm very satisfied with his work, my dryer is working again and now can use it. I totally recommend to get the warranty for your appliances from Sears, it's worth it!!

From start to finish, Roberto was kmvery knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my machine and was able to fix it once the parts came in. Not only was he efficient, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and going to do. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and even took a moment to chat with my son, which was a nice touch. It's not everyday you find someone that combines skills with a pleasant attitude!
