Excellent Service
Cole was very professional and able to determine the issue with my dishwasher. He problem solved how to make the repair and parts needed. Unfortunately, it was not possible to pull out my dishwasher far enough to reach the part which needed to be replaced due to a flooring issue. Once that issue is solved the actual repair will be relatively easy and the part needed is very inexpensive. It was a pleasure to work with Cole. I would highly recommend Cole and the Sears Repair Service. They were able to respond in one day to my repair request and their fees were very reasonable.

Dmitri, Tried his best to diagnose the reason for our "one Time" failed Freezer draw. Which fixed itself before he arrived. We wanted him to check it out to be sure it was ok before reloading it. He was thorough in explaining the possible causes - a stuck Ice maker (?) - but clear that it was working properly now.

Jerry provided great service. However, Sear's AI service is frustrating at best. It is incomplete, called me 8 times the morning of the service. You can't respond to it. Surprised this was released.

Sears AI said they ordered and delivered a part prior to the technician visit. I never received the part and texted in 2 different AI chats to find out where the part was delivered. The tech showed up and I told him I didn't receive the part. Fortunately, he had a duplicate part in his van and installed it. This was the second time the part was replaced - the last one was a generic and didn't work properly. Six weeks to fix a dishwasher is ridiculous.
