Joel - He Is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work and the greatest technician that I every had for service. He thoroughly explained the mechanisms of the refrigerator and provided an educated me on the proper upkeep and operations of my refrigerator. He was a pleasure to work with.

Our technician arrived on time. He called an hour out. He was courteous and got right to work. He explained everything along the way. Absolutely trust Sears and Jeffrey in all technical repairs

$140 to show up and diagnose what I already told them. The latch wasnt working. Then $70 for the latch. Plus another $140 to come back and install the latch. I will never use this maniacal company again. Total work time was 15 minutes to diagnose. Plus 15 minutes to install the latch. Lets give some drive time 30 minutes. Thats 1 hr. Thats $280 an hour. And they probably pay their workers $20 an hour. Gouged

I met 2 of the nicest and friendliest repairmen that I have ever met. They were very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. It was just a pleasure to be in the presence of 1 wonderful persons.
