The BEST
Our technician has been to our home several times to fix things and we only want him! He is friendly and genuine. He feels like someone I have known forever. We are completely comfortable with him in our home. He has always been super quick and knowledgeable. Can you please give him a raise or a bonus or something?

Brendan did a great job and knows a lot about this very modern machine I love this machine and was happy until it just stopped working You should pay your repair people according to their expertise. The first repair guy I used right after I first got this machine 2 years ago didn't know anything about them and just pushed buttons and left. So after 2 years now my automatic fabric softener actually works
