This was a long journey over nine service calls. weeks waiting for parts to be ordered and received. When received the part was broken and not operational so it and had to be reordered Suffered through multiple service calls being canceled and rescheduled with no regard for my time. . I felt like I had no control and no one listen until the very end when I had to forcibly raise my concerns to a customer service representative who listened. I however am glad that the unit is repaired and is working properly now. I will weigh my options for the future. Thank s Sullah for his work repairing the unit.
