My oven technician was great
Manuel was a breath of fresh air. Charming, courteous and knowledgeable. All i ask is that sears doesnt burn him out. Its hard to find knowledgeable techs that are well rounded.

Fish did. Great job. He was on task and focussed. The whole repair took less than 45 minutes (from arrival to leaving). And I think he did the job in about as good as possible. He was precise in his work on removing the rubber seal and reusing it as the new fan did not come with one, even though it was expected to. And talking with Vish was enjoyable, he had a wonderful demeanor.
