Technician was able to respond same day claim was submitted. He was able to diagnose the issue and ordered needed parts and arranged convenient time to return to install parts. Received several notices of additional times he was available prior to scheduled service after parts arrived if convenient for me to come sooner. Individual was very friendly and professional and completed installation timely and tested for proper function before leaving.

Our induction range burners stopped working. Joel dismantled the top and diagnosed the problem. When the replacement part arrived Joel installed it with no problem. He had a very pleasant manner. Thanks for a job well done!
