It took OVER a month for you to get the part ordered and finally here. You made 4 appointments you did not keep during that month and i had to call you to find out why did not come

Alex was very knowledgeable about my GE top loader washing machine. He was very clear on what I have to do to fix my issues of the balancing of the machine. He was not allowed to level the machine so I will have to hire someone to do that.
