Benne ran the diagnostics on our newer washer. Although it was not what we wanted to hear, Bennie was upfront with 4 options for us. He was very honest and forthcoming. We really appreciated his insight. He was extremely courteous and competent. Thank you Bennie!!

Patrick diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher in a professional manner HOWEVER HIS COMPANIES PROCESS SUCKS !! There are times you NEED human discussion !! Mine is such - a part arrived AFTER repair, so NOT INSTALLED !! Have attempted going on to TWO months. Have been told it's marked as installed, nothing they can do - I then get email stating I may be charged for parts - I TALKED WITH AN ASSOCIATE NAMED FRANK BUT cannot re-connect. WILL TRY TOMORROW about 10ish Pacific time (west coast)
