Will was on time and did what needed to be done to the best of his knowledge and ability in a situation that involved a service contract for a refrigerator that had been repaired 5 times and still is not fixed. I was told by someone on the phone If it could not be fixed, they would buy me a new one. YA RIGHT…LOL
