Mark was great. Came in, checked out the issue, and came up with a plan of action. At no time did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of us. Would definitely ask for Mark if you have an issue

As far as the technicians go, the work was excellent. They were knowledgeable, polite, respectful and knew what they were doing. But, overall...it took 4 trips and 3 technicians to fix an old dishwasher that should have been replaced. That's not on the technicians...that's the customer service making a decisions to buy parts for an old decrepit appliance that has seen better days. But...Thank you to the technicians who worked diligently to get it running.

Russell was on time. Got straight to the work and had the dishwasher out and hose replaced quickly. Ran a cycle, no leaks. Reinstalled the unit, cleaned up. Could not have been a better experience!
