Very experienced
Shareaf was outstanding. With his long experience he was able to identify the problem immediately , order the part and then come back a resolve the issue. The problem with seats has been the back office support. I called to tell them twice that the part was here. Yet they still tried to delay the work for lack of parts. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get the technician back here on the original schedule. Also the sent me an update to tell me the tech would be here by 9:30. He arrived at 2:30 pm. He said that 9:30 was never a possibility as there were 4 stops before mine.

Having a home warranty, it was found the fault with the freezer was self inflicted due to the door not being closed fully. As there was minimal labor involved, we were offered a cleaning of the fan and motor, which we had done. Minimum fuss, maximum benefit.

I made an appointment with Sears on 10/5/25 when my dryer started making a noise that sounded like it was " grinding rocks". I picked an appointment date that worked for my schedule. I signed up for texts and alerts. I was given updates and reminders up until the actual appointment day. They even offered me a sooner day but, it didn't work for my schedule. Day of service I was able to track the technicians arrival time! Which was great! John arrived around 8:13-8:20 AM. He was polite, prepared and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes! 10/10 recommend! My dryer sounds like it should again!
