Joel is a very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable technician. He made several visits to replace components that appeared to be not functioning properly, but unfortunately the unit is still not dispensing water or ice. He was all ways prompt and communicated well. I purchased a 5 year warranty on this GE refrigerator and will be dealing with the insurance company.
