He arrived on time and quickly repaired our ice maker issue. He told us of things to watch out for and what to do if they occurred. Quick and competent service. Would definitely recommend.

Had water leak issues even after serviced previously by someone else. It took under 5 minutes to diagnose and display faulty components. Unfortunately, given advanced age of refrigerator parts are no longer available. It was worth it to me to pay DX charges before replacing entire unit.
