5 stars. He worked hard to fix the temperature control on my refrigerator. He inserted a computer board ordered by a previous Sears service technician. He showed me how the temperature control works.A short time after he left I went to get water but a read out said dispenser off. Yesterday a GE technician came to fix the problem. He ordered a new computer board as he thinks the wrong computer board was installed as he was able to manually get water and ice dispensed.

Richard showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my 10 year old refrigerator. Parts were ordered immediately and installed a few days later.
