Bernardo was great, but the communication, rather lack thereof, was terrible. My appointment was from 8-12 and he came at 6:15pm. I was told he would call before arriving but no phone call. I got an email at 4:15pm letting me know he was on his way, but it took 2 hours to get here??

He did a great job. Listening to my concerns and problems. Making suggestions on the load size and spin. Check the hose going down the drain to make sure it was no more than 12 inches, make sure it was level, tighten and checked all the leveling bolts. Nice man, definitely working a lot better and quieter.
