We had one of your technicians come out on 10/21/2025 (2 days ago) that made me so uncomfortable, I had him leave despite the fact that he never once looked at the problem that I told him that we had. FYI-I had my mother in my house while he was in my house and video footage of when he came in and left. I called to get a different technician to come out today to get the problem fixed that the first technician wouldn't even look at. Tom made it his mission to make me the happiest customer ever. He called his supervisor regarding what I had told him about why I had to have a second technician come out. He then cleared the ice dam that was at the bottom of my freezer (technician #1 didn't even look at it) and then cleaned the hose in the back. So he did the job that he was supposed to do, but then went above and beyond by contacting his supervisor regarding the issues we had with the first guy. I didn't want to pay the fee for having him come out because I had already paid it to the first guy who wouldn't listen to me and felt he had to preach to me about my water filter despite the fact that my water filter had only 4 months of use at that time. This guy didn't want to do any work and then caused a leak in my refrigerator side that then leaked out onto my floor. Tom listened to what I said and did what needed to be done. He said he wanted to make me more satisfied than my expectations, and he did that. He is an asset to your company. He actually should probably be teaching your employees how to create extremely satisfied customers. Thank you Tom!!!!
