The technician working good, but I'm not happy because I have to wait 5 weeks for receive the parts, and make my machine work again, that is unacceptable, I expend time and money I'm old woman and I'm sick also. I have bad experience with your company. I expect next time I need your service, you won't charge me the 53 dollars deductible.
