Isaac was great. Very professional and let me know exactly what was going on. Unfortunately we could buy a new dryer for the same price as repairing the old one so that is what we did. He was 5 stars in my book

Knowledgeable and respectful technicians. Please train your technicians to use a public restroom before making service calls as not everyone is comfortable with technicians being in their bathrooms. Both visits the tech and trainee asked to use our bathroom.

Glenn was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue, explained why it happened and told me what to do to prevent it in from happening the future! He also told me what to do in the event it did occur again to prevent me from having to have them come out again! I wish there were more technicians out there like him that obviously cared about the customer!!!
