Great service by McLeod and Sam. Our repair was prediagnosed by Patrick (Thank you) and part had arrived. McLeod verified what the issue was before installing the new part to ensure he was fixing our problem. McLeod was very careful, kept us aware of progress, and had us verify the oven worked correctly before leaving. Thanks for the service.

After 7 actual visits and multiple cancelations by a & e without explanation I now have a working microwave. Jason apologized over& over as did every other human i was able to speak with yet none had the ability to one thing besides apologize. Words don't fix appliances. After more than 15+ years with you you've lost my business due to extremely bad service. Wake up

Cortez came to my home on Saturday October 25 at approximately 8:30 am to repair my monogram wall units. He appeared to be very knowledgeable of the units and evaluated each problem based on the information I had given him. He shared with me his concerns and gave me several suggestions. However, the final decision lies with me.
