I have had a nightmare experience with my dryer, it has had problems since I got it. My technician that came out today was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I've had to deal with people in the past that we're not so I'm grateful for my experience today! He went above and beyond to explain things and he was efficient. I hope I don't have to see him again because that means my appliances are not broken but if I do - I am So glad to know who to call!

Brian was a friendly, efficient technician. I do, however, have issue with the scheduling of service. I took off work to be home. The window was 8am-5pm. It was after 8pm! I lost the entire day of work! It was not Brian's fault and I was pleased with his service. But surely something could be done about when service could be expected. Even am or pm would help!
