Repair of oven/ broiler start switch

I was unable, suddenly, to turn on my oven OR broiler. I have a maintenance contract, so I called for help to troubleshoot and repair. I called for help on Monday afternoon, and Paul was on my doorstep Tues afternoon( today). He knew exactly what was wrong, replaced the part, and within an hour, was on his way out. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable, and so professional! No muss, no fuss, just went to it & got it done. So, bosses, if you're reading this, I personally think he deserves a raise! Thanks again, Paul!
