Jim along with William keep working on the issue with my wall oven. Two services techs were needed to remove the wall oven. Their Persistences paid off. They continued working on it till it was right. Can not ask for anything more from a service techs. Thanks for job well done

Cornelius was very polite, knowledgeable and he communicated well keeping us updated on his progress. Unfortunately, we were given options to have the piece repaired or purchase a new microwave, which we chose! I would like Sears to improve their scheduling.
