Jim was there the first time in September to repair my oven . I fell in the kitchen and broke my hip that day. He took care of me until the ambulance came and locked up my house for me. He came back yesterday to finish my oven repair after I got out of the nursing home. This time he finished the job. My oven is fixed but my electric box is tore up. This is not due to the great job he did. I am having someone else look into that problem. He did a great job fixing the oven and taking care of me. He is a hero in my eyes. Kenneth installed the parts that another technician ordered for the repair. The parts did nothing. Kenneth found the real problem and installed the part to fix it. I want reimbursement for the needless parts I was charged for without the need for me to call my credit card company to adjust the charge. Please call me at 323-409-5850 to discuss further
