The technician was great. The AI answering machine and scheduler was very poor. It would not allow any contact with a human until the technician was at my door. Therefore the technician did not have any of the essential information I tried to provide before the visit…which could have likely obviated the need for his visit.

I had a great service call with Bernardo. He arrived well within the estimated window of time, he was friendly, told me his name and confirmed his purpose. I knew right away, Bernardo was a professional who knew how to diagnose the issue with my oven. One look, and he immediately named it, along with the solution. He explained the purpose of the required replacement part, and ordered it on the spot to be delivered to my home, along with the promise to install it within a day after delivery. He showed up as promised and quickly installed the new part, and tested it to ensure the issue was resolved before he left the home of one completely satisfied customer. Great job, Bernardo, from A to Z!
