What Service Should Be
Brian provided great service! My string from my hoodie got caught and couldn't get it dislodged. The only way to dislodge it was to remove the panels from the dryer. (Even watching videos, I wasn't going to attempt on my own ;) ) My biggest surprise was the amount of lint that was caught within the dryer to the exhaust duct, which after 8 years could be a fire hazard! Brian took his shop vac and cleaned all the lint from all areas of the dryer and duct. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sears Home Services again!

Alex made a valiant effort to repair our washer, but ultimately it was deemed unrepairable. He was on time for both appointments and we appreciated the time and effort he put into trying to get it working. He was able to quickly process a warranty replacement claim for us.

Gregg was great, arrived at 6pm, which was a little past 4:12-4:45pm, but whatever. Washer was a bust, only six years old, paid $700+ for it and it's dead. No repairs completed.
