Nedzad was awesome-came with more years of experience than previous techs. He identified the ongoing issue and added a missing part no one else noticed. Hopefully this will stop the icing and water draining inside the unit.

David fully explained what was wrong and that GE no longer made the parts for my 30 year old dryer. He also took the time to look up the specs for my GE Profile washer, which is also 20 years old. He was very courteous and personable. He gave great customer service!

This was the second time Ken came out to my house. It took him a while to- because he tried everything ( which I appreciated very much ). Turns out it was not the washer; it's my drain pipe that is the issue. It's overflowing behind the washer. Ken is very thorough and knowledgeable, I'm glad it's not my washer. Now to call a plumber.
