I was very impressed with Louis. He is very intelligent and knew exactly what was wrong with my machine within a minute or two of being in my home. Thankfully I recorded a video and he knew instantly. He checked the machine and it was leaking oil too. I am very satisfied!

Nicholas listened to me as I explained the problems I had with my washer. He did an assessment and fixed everything. He answered all my questions about the washers functions and cleaned out the vent. I was very pleased with the service.
