So happy John showed up today instead of the other technician that showed twice before! John was friendly, respectful and honestly fantastic!! Every technician should take notes from John because he is awesome!!

Brian was so thorough in his assessment of my repair that he even helped me understand the proper maintenance I needed to conduct on the appliance. He is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He also communicated with me prior to the appointment and was on time. I would prefer him for all my appliance needs.

This was the second time my dryer had to be fixed for same issue. This tech said it was same wire that burned from last time. Hopefully this time it lasts more.
