We had a different tech come out to originally diagnose the issue and then multiple cancellations once it was time to do the repair. Once Rendel was assigned to us the repair was done quickly and correctly and I can finally use my dryer!

Mr. Iverson M is a fantastically skilled individual, who explains what he is doing every step of the way. The problem is still a PROBLEM……… A LEAKING ISSUE . After Mr. Iverson left , I ran the dishwasher. 10 minutes later , leakage started . I have pics/video to show.
