John was outstanding. He was polite, knowledgeable and persistent. He would not leave until my refrigerator was fixed. He listened attentively to my concerns and did not rush out when he could not find donor the problem at first. First rate service.

Although we are happy with the work that Anthony performed, we were not happy with the hidden costs that Sears charged. First, I told every one I talked to what the model and serial number was so the part could be ordered ahead of time. Which it wasn't. Secondly, we were charged 3 and a half times what I could have bought the same part from the same place that the part was purchased from. I understand a profit but.... When Anthony did come to install the part it took him all of 20 minutes total. He was very communitive and polite a credit to the company. Anthony was great but what we were charged for the part was excessive.
