Kevin did a wonderful job of explaining the issue with our dishwasher and fixing it promptly. I had no complaint about his service he was great! I do however have issues with the communications from the sears home services. I was originally scheduled to have service on 12/29. I waited all day as the window was 8-5. No one showed up and I had no communication from sears as to why. I called at got sent into an AIhelp desk which was no help at all and only allowed me to reschedule the appointment to the next day. Very poor external communication.
