Vic was awesome. We work from home and had calls during our repair. He called ahead of time, let me communicate quickly through text, and was so quiet during repair my customer call had no idea all that was going on. This also fixed a problem we have had two other claims on and I believe thats thanks to Sears thoroughness and professionalism.

Cortes told me that he has never worked with this appliance before & would let Choice Home Warranty know. 'This is the 2nd Technician in one week and still do not have my appliance fixed yet. This is not Corte's fault, this is Choice Home Warranty's fault, not getting the correct information and sending it to the technicians. I am dissatisfied with the results so far.

I would like to state that both technicians that came to our home on different dates were absolutely wonderful. Robert was the first technician and the following week William came do two different computer boards that were replaced, and then, Robert came today instead of tomorrow and repaired our washer. We cannot say enough about these two technicians, very professional and knowledgeable. We wish we could give them a ten plus ➕️ instead of the five rating. Thanks so much. Paul & Bonnie Ridenour
