Thank you for having such a wonderful representative of Sears core values. We have come to really care about this very diligent loving employee. Besides he knows how to do everything with house whole appliances. Example. our cooktop board had to be replaced. however the new board didn't operate so he put the old board back in. and a miracle it works. there was only one beep than none at all. see! mahalo

Daniel knew what the problem was , ordered the part right away and told me to call him as soon as it came in. It was there the next day and he added me to his schedule so I did not have to wait three more days.
